What you'll do

• Repair and maintain plumbing and mechanical equipment at city-owned facilities
• perform plumbing, gas, and other mechanical installations and remodels
• inspect equipment and make repairs
• conduct preventive plumbing and mechanical inspections
• maintain motors, electrical systems, carpentry, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, boilers, and related equipment
• operate vehicles and motorized equipment
• perform custodial duties as assigned
• assist other Building Maintenance personnel as needed.
