Installation Technician — Commercial Window Treatments

The Installation Technician role is onsite in Claymont, DE. Compensation is not specified. The technician supports GB Shades’ commercial window treatment installation work on construction sites and in completed spaces. This role carries out accurate, timely installations under the Lead Installer’s direction, using tools and basic architectural blueprints while coordinating with the crew and reporting progress to Operations.

What you'll do

• Install vertical and horizontal blinds, manual and motorized shades, and related hardware
• use hand and power tools safely
• read basic architectural blueprints
• coordinate with the Lead Installer and team
• maintain a daily punch list and provide progress updates to Operations
• follow safety protocols. Work Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
• possible overtime and occasional out-of-area or overnight travel may be required.
