The Hospice Home Health Aide (CNA) role is onsite in Crete, NE, serving York, Crete, and surrounding areas, with a stated starting pay range of $18–$20.16 per hour. Eventide Hospice supports seniors and clients in remaining at home and living independently for as long as possible. The aide provides personal care, emotional support, assistance with daily activities, and basic therapeutic care according to each client’s written plan. The role includes documenting care, reporting changes to a nurse or supervisor, driving between clients, and participating in a weekend and holiday rotation; the stated schedule is 8 a.m.–5 p.m.

What you'll do

• Provide personal care and basic therapeutic care according to the written plan
• identify teaching needs and report them to the nurse
• monitor equipment use
• support clients and families
• observe and report changes in condition
• document care and communications
• drive between clients
• perform CPR when necessary based on training.
