Warehouse Associate

Job overview

The Warehouse Associate role is full-time and in person in Dallas, Texas, west of downtown. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., and pay is $18 per hour for 40 hours per week. Scout Design Studio’s Dallas Design District showroom features furniture, artwork, lighting, and home accessories, with shipping across the United States. The associate supports shipping and receiving and general warehouse operations, with careful handling and inspection of artwork, fragile goods, and furniture. Accurate inventory work, organized storage, and timely order preparation help the studio fulfill customer orders and deliveries.

What you'll do

• Pack and protect artwork, fragile goods, and furniture
• inspect items during wrapping
• pick and stage orders
• generate and apply shipping labels
• load and unload trucks
• verify quantities and condition
• record and store inventory
• conduct cycle counts
• maintain clean, organized, safe warehouse areas.
