What you'll do

• Supervise and assign work to maintenance mechanics, coordinate corrective, emergency, and preventive maintenance projects, and ensure timely completion.
• Conduct onsite and offsite inspections, prepare reports and logbooks, apply relevant safety and building-code knowledge, respond to emergencies, coordinate work to minimize guest interruption, oversee facility and equipment repairs, train others, and maintain clean and sanitized work and public spaces.
