What you'll do

• Lead preconstruction for commercial and industrial mechanical construction projects
• develop conceptual budgets, detailed estimates, and proposals for HVAC, plumbing, process piping, and sheet metal systems
• collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and general contractors
• manage design-build and design-assist projects through preconstruction turnover
• identify value-engineering opportunities
• prepare and manage RFQs, RFPs, budgets, and negotiated proposals
• coordinate with estimating, purchasing, and operations
• build client relationships and support future project opportunities.
