What you'll do

• Actively sell and provide floor leadership in the absence of a manager
• support sales leadership and floor execution, including ups management
• assist with customer experience and guest support
• manage inventory, promotions, and cash handling
• oversee facilities and building needs
• lead huddles and team communication
• support store operations, training, performance management, KPI reporting, and management meetings
• handle bedding finance and protection finance.
