What you'll do

• Assist with preparing proteins, sauces, and hot items according to lead-cook instructions
• support cooking, reheating, cooling, and temperature recording. Keep production areas and the line stocked. Label and organize food using expiration dates and FIFO rotation, clean and sanitize equipment and surfaces, report missing ingredients or damaged equipment, and document work for the next shift.
