What you'll do

• Identify customer needs and present solutions to key stakeholders

• prospect for new clients via telephone, direct mail, and local marketing
• analyze customer interests and refer to appropriate parties
• submit accurate business paperwork and reports
• expedite resolution of customer complaints
• represent the company professionally in the community.
