What you'll do

• Provide direct resident care and clinical leadership for the assigned shift
• administer medications and treatments
• monitor and document changes in resident condition
• supervise assigned CNAs, CMAs/QMAs, and other nursing staff
• communicate with physicians, families, and facility leadership
• support admissions, transfers, wound care, and emergency response
• follow resident care plans.
