Tier II Network Engineer

What you'll do

• Respond to monitoring alerts and diagnose network issues
• troubleshoot Level 1 incidents and escalate as needed
• detect outages and remedies
• monitor production network availability
• work with business and residential customers and field technicians
• troubleshoot remotely with customers and technicians
• coordinate vendor repair dispatches
• perform system health checks
• work with engineers to resolve production problems
• configure and maintain monitoring tools
• answer customer calls and take corrective action.
