Technical & Content Management Analyst

Job overview

The Technical & Content Management Analyst role is hybrid, with two onsite days per week in Boston, MA; candidates must be local, and relocation is not offered. What you'll do

• Administer and support the content and sales enablement platform
• organize, tag, publish, update, and archive content
• maintain governance standards and workflows
• support LMS content migration
• manage users, groups, permissions, and access
• troubleshoot platform issues
• gather stakeholder requirements
• analyze usage
• participate in governance and change initiatives
• train users
• assist with AI capabilities and emerging features.
