Regional Operations Manager — Valet Trash Services

The Regional Operations Manager — Valet Trash Services role is an onsite position based in Orlando, FL, with regular travel and overnight stays between markets in the assigned region. Compensation is a $75,000 annual base salary plus a $10,000 annual performance-based bonus opportunity. Community Concierge Services provides doorstep waste and recycling collection for apartment communities nationwide. The role leads District Managers and oversees regional staffing, service quality, client relationships, and operating results. By coaching managers, coordinating coverage, resolving escalations, and supporting community launches, the manager helps maintain dependable service while the company expands.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, hire, and develop District Managers
• conduct check-ins and field visits
• ensure staffing, scheduling, and backup coverage
• inspect communities and review service audits
• address service disruptions and escalations
• support property-management relationships and new community launches
• monitor service, staffing, retention, client concerns, labor costs, payroll, and budgets
• report results and risks to senior leadership.
