Maintenance Technician — Injection Molding Equipment

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in South Bend, IN, Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. Compensation is negotiable based on experience and fair market value; no numeric amount is specified. The technician maintains and repairs plastic injection molding machinery and related equipment, including robots, chillers, thermolators, and hot-running systems. The role supports reliable production by troubleshooting equipment and performing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.

What you'll do

• Repair, troubleshoot, and inspect mechanical, electrical, electromechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
• perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on machines and robots
• check heater bands and rings and pull screws and barrels
• use appropriate equipment to access jobs and remove or install parts.
