Utility Solar Technician I

The Utility Solar Technician I role is onsite in Rillito, AZ. Compensation is $27–$32 per hour. NovaSource Power Services maintains and optimizes renewable energy assets, including utility-scale solar power plants.

What you'll do

• Monitor plant operation through SCADA
• commission, test, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and modify AC and DC solar PV systems and related equipment
• perform preventive maintenance under supervision
• complete CMMS work orders and reports
• inspect and clean PV equipment
• verify SCADA site configuration
• follow safety, environmental, and lockout/tagout procedures
• maintain site housekeeping and company vehicle standards.
