Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

The role supports continuity and safety of care for patients and respite for families or caregivers when appropriate.

What you'll do

• Provide assigned personal care, including bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, and feeding assistance
• support ambulation, exercise, transfers, and positioning as directed
• observe skin and report pain, symptoms, or condition changes to the RN case manager
• assist with light laundry and housekeeping
• document care
• and report suspected abuse, neglect, abandonment, or exploitation as required. The aide does not administer medications or perform nursing procedures.
