Peer Support Specialist

Using shared experience, the specialist supports members individually and through center activities as they set and pursue short- and long-term recovery goals. The role also documents services and collaborates with program management to strengthen programs and promote membership.

What you'll do

• Provide ongoing center advisement and support members participating in center activities
• deliver services for at least 65% of worked hours
• document member progress, tracking, and billing in REN software
• partner with program management to enhance programs and promote services
• maintain relationships with clinic staff and leadership
• participate in meetings and training
• complete administrative tasks. Transportation of members and travel to other REN locations may be required as needed.
