What you'll do

• Determines testing and analysis by communicating with shop representatives
• performs diagnostic testing, programming, ADAS calibrations and analysis
• performs wiring repairs
• advises shop of needed repairs
• keeps inventory of stock
• writes, prints and emails service invoices
• collects signature or payment for work performed
• delivers completed invoices and payments to office
• keeps shop equipment operating
• collaborates with teammates to schedule/complete jobs.
