What you'll do

• Maintain safe and sanitary kitchen, dining, and storage areas
• follow posted staffing schedules
• maintain food and supply inventory
• follow menus
• prepare and serve meals on time
• rotate food and use leftovers promptly
• check refrigerators and freezers daily
• secure kitchen stock
• assist with kitchen time cards and food quantity planning.
