What you'll do

• Review menus
• prepare and serve meals and bedtime snacks using standardized recipes and planned menus
• check special diet trays and follow diet orders
• maintain food temperatures and portion control
• process diet changes
• maintain dietary records and temperature logs
• follow sanitation, infection-control, and safety procedures
• maintain clean food storage and work areas
• assist with inventory, supplies, and meal service.
