What you'll do

• Interpret and sign out complex surgical pathology cases
• oversee laboratory staff, workflow, budget, and equipment procurement
• maintain CAP, ISO, and CLIA accreditation and quality assurance programs
• develop department policies and strategic initiatives
• consult with clinicians
• evaluate and implement technologies such as digital pathology or molecular diagnostics.
