The Seasonal Sales Specialist – CASETiFY role is onsite at a Best Buy store in New York, NY. Pay is $21–$23 per hour. The seasonal program runs from October through the end of December 2026, with 12 hours each weekend, Saturdays and Sundays, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. ActionLink connects consumers with brands through in-store experiences. The specialist introduces shoppers to CASETiFY phone cases, accessories, and lifestyle products, using product education and demonstrations to recommend options suited to customers’ devices and style. The role supports customer experience, brand presence, and individual and team sales goals during the holiday season.

What you'll do

• Build customer relationships
• engage shoppers through consultative selling and demonstrations
• explain products, collections, collaborations, and features
• recommend products based on customer needs and device compatibility
• support promotional initiatives and in-store brand presence
• record store observations and customer feedback
• complete product training and program communications.
