Allergy Nurse

The Allergy Nurse role is onsite in Rockville Centre, NY. Compensation is $42–$48 per hour. The role supports the Allergy & Immunology team at Integrated ENT, Allergy and Immunology, caring for pediatric and adult patients. The nurse provides direct specialty care through allergy testing, immunotherapy, patient monitoring, education, and coordination with physicians and the clinical team to support safe, effective outpatient care.

What you'll do

• Perform physician-ordered allergy testing
• administer immunotherapy injections and monitor patients
• recognize and respond to allergic reactions and emergencies, including anaphylaxis
• perform pulmonary function testing as directed
• assist with challenges and desensitization procedures
• document clinical information in the EMR
• educate patients and families
• prepare rooms and follow infection-control standards
• coordinate care with the clinical team.
