Job overview
The Behavior Technician, is an onsite role based in Cherry Hill, NJ. Compensation is not specified for this position, which supports the behavioral health department in providing ABA services. This role exists to provide 1-1 specialized treatment to children on the autism spectrum. The technician will work in partnership with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement individualized treatment plans.
What you'll do
- Work one-on-one with clients to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBAs.
- Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of treatment plans.
- Support BCBAs with training families.
- Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
