What you'll do

• Prepare tax returns and provide tax advice, calculations, and TurboTax software support for customer situations ranging from simple to complex.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to identify deductions, reduce tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and discuss future tax planning.
• Address customer inquiries, build long-term client relationships, and participate in local outreach and marketing.

Why this role
