Retail Store Manager

What you'll do

• Lead by example on the sales floor and create authentic guest experiences
• hire, train, schedule, and develop the store team
• manage budgeting, P&Ls, KPIs, inventory, merchandising, and back-of-house operations
• collaborate with the regional leader on business development and strategy
• plan monthly community and revenue-driven events.
