What you'll do

• Lead the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process
• evaluate resident care and maintain current care plans
• assist in assessment and evaluation of potential admissions
• collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues
• provide individualized nursing care
• serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to assistive personnel.
