What you'll do

• Lead technical production for weekend services, rehearsals, and special events across audio, video, lighting, presentation, and stage elements
• recruit, train, schedule, develop, and care for volunteers
• maintain and document production systems and equipment
• collaborate with campus staff, worship leaders, and ministry teams
• manage production budgets, equipment planning, purchasing, and capital needs.
