What you'll do

• Clean assigned interior and exterior spaces
• maintain grounds, playgrounds, and pool areas
• pressure wash, pick up trash, remove snow, and transport waste and recyclables
• perform cleaning and touch-up painting for vacant homes
• maintain equipment and inventory records
• assist with work orders, furniture moves, and supply handling
• report hazards and repairs
• complete work orders and timesheets.
