What you'll do

• Guide residents during skills-building activities
• implement individual treatment plans
• assist with meals, money management, appointments, and personal hygiene
• support health and wellness, symptom management, and self-directed living
• maintain appropriate staff-to-client ratios
• build supportive relationships
• and coach residents in social and community involvement.
