• Manage employment-based immigration matters, including case strategy, client communication, staff supervision, and timely document preparation and filing. Research U.S. immigration law and prepare legal analyses and client guidance
• track time and review billing entries
• monitor case workflows and deadlines
• provide client service and mentor legal support staff as needed
• participate in professional engagement and business development
• and contribute to firm publications as appropriate.
