What you'll do

• Provide administrative and HR support for personnel actions, taskers, and organizational initiatives
• research issues and prepare documentation, briefings, and reports
• coordinate senior-level meetings and reviews
• track initiatives and inform leadership
• maintain attendance logs, minutes, action items, and program records
• disseminate policy updates and tasking information
• manage virtual and in-person meeting logistics, including VTC setup and troubleshooting
• compile program data and background materials.
