What you'll do

• Survey the building and repair mechanical systems
• maintain electrical, heating, and plumbing systems
• repair or replace locks, window fixtures, and other items
• conduct preventive maintenance in guest rooms
• resolve maintenance problems and work orders
• perform general upkeep such as landscaping, caulking, and painting
• complete carpentry, drywall, and carpet repairs
• inspect property needs
• coordinate with housekeeping to keep guest-room equipment functional.
