• Supervise staff and daily office operations
• establish schedules and allocate staff resources
• support effective patient care
• train and rotate office staff
• assess performance and complete reviews
• conduct staff meetings
• monitor time clocks and timesheets
• oversee deposits, till reconciliation, inventory, and office supplies
• support patient confidentiality and accurate health record entry
• maintain a safe environment
• coordinate appointment changes and medical records requests
• work with the Administrator on programs and deadlines.
