The coordinator facilitates referrals and participant orientation after arraignment, supports court operations, and communicates case and compliance updates to court partners. The role helps connect participants with program and community services while supporting accurate reporting and engagement.
What you'll do
- Communicate with prosecutors, defense attorneys, and court staff about participant compliance and program information
- review cases at arraignments and gather participant information
- provide participant orientations
- connect participants with Clinical staff when appropriate
- schedule clinical intakes
- provide written and verbal case updates
- assist with intakes
- track cases and courtroom assignments
- maintain participant records
- support court data entry
- attend meetings and trainings
- attend evening community events and meetings as needed.
