What you'll do

• Place and track manufacturer recall holds
• process documentation confirming recall repairs
• notify customers about recalls and coordinate next steps
• partner with site teams on repairs and holds
• maintain reports
• coordinate with registration agencies and partners
• verify registration requirements for newly added vehicles
• track expirations and submit renewals or retitles
• maintain digital records and databases
• audit registration work
• communicate with customers
• ship registration materials
• manage office inventory
• back up vehicle checklists and conditional fee processing.
