Service Technician I, Make-Ready

• Perform minor repairs and maintenance

Why this role

Requires at least six months of maintenance experience in an apartment community, commercial building, or single-family residence and a valid driver’s license in Louisiana or a nearby state. Workdays are Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.; weekends may be needed as circumstances warrant, with a weekly on-call rotation for emergencies.
