Production and Packaging Operator

Job overview

The Production and Packaging Operator role is onsite at the Cleveland, OH (Coit) plant. Compensation is not specified; the posting lists starting rates of $19 per hour for the 7 a.m.–7 p.m. shift and $21 per hour for the 7 p.m.–7 a.m. shift. Arclin makes materials and technologies used across safety, transportation, agriculture, water, and other industries. The operator supports production and packaging of chemical products by following work and safety instructions, monitoring processes, and preparing labeled products for handling. Accurate paperwork and an orderly work area help maintain safe, consistent plant operations.

What you'll do

• Read and follow written work instructions and safety procedures
• monitor production processes and report issues
• package products into bags and containers
• label bags and containers
• complete paperwork about products and machine operations
• keep the work area clean and organized
• lift and stack bags up to 55 pounds and work around machines during a 12-hour shift.
