Maintenance Technician – Commercial Real Estate

The Maintenance Technician – Commercial Real Estate role is onsite in Temecula, CA. Pay is $34 per hour. Coastline Equity’s technician maintains and repairs the company’s commercial properties. What you'll do

• Perform renovations, unit turnovers, and routine maintenance
• handle electrical, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, and painting work
• troubleshoot and repair fixtures and equipment
• complete scheduled and emergency repairs, including on-call responsibilities
• conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections
• document completed work
• maintain clean and safe work areas
• identify issues requiring licensed vendors
• travel between properties using personal transportation as required.
