The executive leads the Confederated Tribes of Coos, Lower Umpqua and Siuslaw Indians’ Health Division, serving Tribal members and the communities served through medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, prevention, and public health programs. The COO provides strategic and operational oversight to support compliant, financially sustainable, culturally responsive health services. The role leads planning, quality, regulatory compliance, financial and revenue-cycle oversight, grants, workforce leadership, and advice to the Chief Executive Officer and Tribal Council.

• Oversee Health Division programs and senior leaders
• develop and evaluate strategic and operational plans
• establish goals and performance measures
• manage budgets, revenue, expenditures, grants, and contracts
• ensure regulatory and funding compliance
• oversee quality, patient safety, risk management, and public health initiatives
• lead revenue-cycle operations and health information systems
• maintain partnerships
• advise executive and Tribal leadership
• support emergency preparedness and continuity planning.
