Kids Pickleball Activity Leader

The Kids Pickleball Activity Leader role is onsite at various elementary schools across the Bay Area; the listing location is Pacifica, CA. Pay is $50–$65 per hour. The role leads after-school pickleball and tennis classes for students in grades K–5. The leader creates a supportive setting for children to learn and stay active by delivering planned lessons, managing class activities, and communicating with families and school staff. Attendance, student feedback, and safe equipment setup support a positive program experience.

What you'll do

• Manage classes of 8–16 students aged 5–10
• deliver lessons using provided plans
• participate in a two-day training session
• set up and transport equipment
• take attendance and manage sign-in/out
• communicate with parents and school staff
• provide constructive feedback on student progress
• take photos during sessions.

Why this role

Classes run 1–1.5 hours, starting between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday; work two or more days weekly, up to 2–5 hours per week. Must be at least 19 and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Teaching or playing experience and USPTA/PTR certification are preferred but not required.
