The Closing Steward (Dishwasher) — Part-Time PM Shift role is onsite in Sheboygan, WI. Pay is $14 per hour. The steward supports the Blue Harbor Resort kitchen team and its goal of providing guests with a seamless resort experience. The role keeps kitchen equipment, dishes, and work areas clean and ready for service, with particular responsibility for completing dishes and closing duties before leaving. The steward also supports kitchen operations through restocking, basic food preparation as needed, and sanitation work across restaurant and banquet kitchen areas.

What you'll do

• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment
• operate dishwashing equipment and use cleaning chemicals properly
• maintain kitchen and dish-area cleanliness
• remove trash and recycling
• sweep, mop, and clean surfaces
• assist with basic food preparation as needed
• restock clean dishes and supplies
• report equipment issues
• follow health, safety, and sanitation standards
• work between restaurant and banquet kitchens as needed
• complete closing duties.
