What you'll do

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain curricula, workshops, seminars, eLearning, and performance support tools
• apply ADDIE and adult learning theories
• assess learning needs and performance gaps
• develop interactive content using Articulate Storyline and Adobe tools
• ensure SCORM and Section 508 compliance
• coordinate training projects, schedules, and deliverables
• collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders
• support training events and integration of external curricula.
