What you'll do

• Lead and develop the project management team and oversee client service delivery
• lead client communications
• research construction market conditions and produce thought-leadership reports
• manage project management services, resource planning, finances, business generation, and training
• set team strategy aligned with the business plan
• develop staff and promote learning and inclusion
• maintain knowledge management and improve processes
• ensure quality standards and participate in ISO audits
• develop priority plans, risk mitigation, and performance measures
• support audits
• build client opportunities and identify cross-selling
• prepare proposals and RFP responses
• track revenue, margins, fees, and resource needs
• mentor staff and partner with talent acquisition on staffing.
