Intensive Family Intervention Therapist – Fulton/Clayton County

The Intensive Family Intervention Therapist role is hybrid, serving clients in Fulton and Clayton Counties, GA, with in-person services and travel to client homes and community locations. Georgia Families in Transition provides intensive family and individual mental health counseling for children and adolescents at risk of out-of-home placement or returning from inpatient or residential treatment. The therapist delivers consistent, evidence-based, trauma-informed counseling and coordinates with a multidisciplinary treatment team. The role also provides crisis intervention as needed and maintains required productivity and documentation to support client functioning and family stability.

What you'll do

• Provide individual and family mental health counseling using evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches
