What you'll do

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective patients and families
• prepare patients for exams and post-treatment evaluations
• take and present diagnostic records to the orthodontist
• explain services and treatment options
• provide orthodontic care instructions, dental health education, and diet recommendations
• coordinate appointments with specialty dental clinics and keep general dentists informed of treatment plans
• create a welcoming patient experience
• cross-train in other practice areas.
