Early Learning Site Manager

The Early Learning Site Manager role is onsite in San Mateo, CA. Compensation is $105,000 per year. What you'll do

• Provide classroom leadership and mentor staff on curriculum fidelity and best practices
• review lesson plans and conduct classroom observations
• lead data-driven instructional planning
• ensure active child supervision and health and safety practices
• complete and monitor observations, assessments, child portfolios, and outcome reporting
• build relationships with families and conduct parent meetings
• manage staffing schedules, break coverage, ratios, group size, and attendance
• oversee licensing compliance and internal audits
• coordinate individualized plans, inclusion, early intervention, and transitions.

Why this role

Requires a California Site Supervisor Permit or eligibility to obtain one, six or more adult supervision units, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and specified experience. Pediatric CPR/First Aid certification and background clearance are required.
