The Director, Initiative Delivery role is remote, with periodic travel to RxAnte offices required. The listing location is Sterling, VA. Compensation is $110,000–$145,000 per year, with a 15% annual bonus target. RxAnte’s mission is to improve health by helping people get more from medicines through value-based pharmacy care management solutions. Reporting to the SVP of Technology Operations, the director leads critical cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, adoption, and closeout. The role creates delivery structure, aligns teams, resolves blockers, and ensures initiatives produce measurable operational change and are handed off effectively.

What you'll do

• Own assigned initiatives from scoping and planning through execution, adoption, and closeout
• define milestones, owners, dependencies, decision points, and success criteria
• establish status reporting, risk logs, stakeholder updates, and decision tracking
• facilitate working sessions and decision forums
• coordinate workstreams and resolve blockers
• hold teams accountable and escalate risks and decisions
• coordinate operational readiness for system and tooling rollouts, including user acceptance testing, training, and launch planning
• partner with Product and Development teams to sequence launches
• document outcomes and lessons learned and hand off to steady-state operations.
