What you'll do

• Prepare estimates for construction projects, including quantity surveying, pricing, bid solicitation, cost history, and systems comparisons.
• Review bid documents and plans, apply material prices and labor productivities, identify indirect costs, and outline estimate clarifications and qualifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, the estimating team, and project management team to support bids.
