What you'll do

• Obtain and record vital signs and report deviations
• assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, incontinence care, nutrition, ambulation, transfers, positioning, and medication reminders
• follow service plans and task sheets
• communicate resident status changes
• use infection-control precautions
• maintain safe and clean environments
• document progress
• encourage activities
• uphold HIPAA confidentiality
• attend in-service meetings and required training.
